NSK Bearing

What is NSK Bearing?

NSK is a comprehensive bearing manufacturer that has made significant contributions to the development and achievements of a wide range of jointing and unloading industries throughout its history. We are an authorised distributor of nsk bearings and are committed to NSK bearing manufacturing to meet the needs of a wide range of sectors.

Product Types of NSK Bearing

NSK Deep Groove Ball Bearing

Deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used bearing type and are particularly versatile. They feature low friction, noise and vibration, allowing for high rotational speeds. They can withstand radial and axial loads in both directions, are easy to install and require less maintenance than other types of bearings.

DESIGNS AND VARIANTS
  • Single row deep groove ball bearings
  • Stainless steel deep groove ball bearings
  • Single row deep groove ball bearings with filling slots
  • Double row deep groove ball bearings

NSK Self Aligning Ball Bearing

Self-aligning ball bearings have two rows of balls with a common spherical raceway on the outer ring and two deep uninterrupted raceway grooves on the inner ring. They are available in open or sealed versions. The bearings are insensitive to angular misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing, which may be caused by shaft deflection, for example.

NSK Cylindrical Roller Bearing

NSK cylindrical roller bearings are available in a wide range of designs, series, variants and sizes. The main design differences are the number of roller rows and inner/outer ring flanges as well as cage design and material.

The bearings meet the challenges of heavy radial loads and high speed applications. They accommodate axial displacements (except for bearings with flanges on both the inner and outer rings) and offer high stiffness, low friction and long service life.

NSK Spherical Roller Bearing

Spherical roller bearings are available in EA, C, CD, and CA types designed for high load capacity. Types EA, C, and CD have pressed steel cages, while CA uses machined brass cages. All EA types are high-performance standard NSKHPS Series bearings.

NSK Angular Contact Ball Bearing

Angular contact ball bearings have inner and outer raceways that are displaced relative to each other in the direction of the bearing axis. This means that these bearings are designed to withstand combined loads, i.e. radial and axial loads acting simultaneously.

The axial load carrying capacity of angular contact ball bearings increases as the contact angle increases. The contact angle is defined as the angle between the line connecting the contact points of the balls and the raceways in the radial plane and the line perpendicular to the axis of the bearing along which the combined load is transferred from one raceway to the other.

NSK Tapered Roller Bearing

NSK tapered roller bearings are available in a wide range of designs and can also be customized for your specific speed, load, contamination, temperature or vibration conditions.

Tapered roller bearings have an outer ring and an inner ring assembly. The outer ring consists of the outer race and the inner ring assembly consists of the inner ring, rollers and cage. This bearing construction can withstand combined loads and provide low friction during operation. Rigid bearing applications can be realized by aligning a single row tapered roller bearing with a second tapered roller bearing and applying a preload.

NSK Thrust Ball Bearing

Single direction thrust ball bearing
Single direction thrust ball bearings can accommodate axial loads in one direction. They must not be subjected to any radial load. Their separable components facilitate mounting/dismounting and maintenance inspections. Many of the components are interchangeable. The shaft washers have a ground bore that enables an interference fit.

NSK Thrust Roller Bearing

NSK Thrust roller bearing is used to bear axial load mainly shaft, radial combined load, but the radial load shall not exceed 55% of the axial load. Compared with other thrust roller bearings, this kind of bearing friction factor is lower, higher speed, and has the performance of adjusting heart.

NSK Needle Roller Bearing

NSK needle roller bearings are bearings with cylindrical rollers whose diameter is small in relation to their length. The improved roller/raceway profile prevents stress peaks and thus extends bearing life.

NSK offers needle roller bearings in many different designs, series and sizes, which makes them suitable for a wide range of operating conditions and applications.

NSK Pillow Block Bearing

NSK pillow (plummer) block ball bearing units consist of an insert bearing mounted in a housing, which can be bolted to a support surface. The NSK assortment includes units compliant with ISO standards, North American standards, or Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS). Within the NSK assortment, you can find units for nearly all requirements.

FAQ Of NSK Bearing

Due to their internal design, ball bearings cannot usually be disassembled down to the component level; therefore, they cannot usually be refurbished.

The two biggest factors affecting the starting and running torque of the bearing are the seal design and lubricant selection. The shaft and bearing seat fit, component accuracy and surface finish, and retainer design also have some influence.

In higher speed applications, non-contact sealing devices are usually required to minimize operating torque and heat generation, so oil baffle rings and secondary sealing devices are usually required. Flowing oil lubrication systems are usually the best solution.

After proper installation, most seated bearings only need to be relubricated regularly with a small amount of grease and checked to ensure that they operate at low temperatures, quietness, and sufficient accuracy.

This depends on many factors, such as the application’s load conditions, operating speed, duty cycle, temperature, and operating environment. The technical information section of this website provides some basic information. Our engineers can help you determine more specific theoretical life calculations.

When noise and/or operating temperature increase or operating accuracy decreases, bearings should be replaced.

The noise emitted by the bearing may be caused by a combination of one or more factors, such as insufficient working clearance, excessive working clearance, changes in working clearance due to temperature, damage to the contact area, contamination, inappropriate lubricants or The raceway is damaged.
