Cartridge Mechanical Seals are specially designed to handle highly corrosive & abrasive media. Cartridge Seals are balanced and designed in such a way to avoid liquid contact with spring therefore find usage in almost all type of media.

Cartridge Mechanical Seals are Pre-assembled and ready to install on any type of liquids. Such Seals do not require adjustment in fitting due to pre-assembly hence avoid installation problem. Cartridge seals are an attempt to over-come the fitting problems of conventional seals. The cartridge seals unit can overcome several limitations of the standard pump gland.

Single Cartridge Seal is a cartridge unit specially design for slurry applications and consist single seal assembly, mating ring, gland, sleeve, etc., which is pre-assembled and preset by the manufacturer prior to installation.

Dual Cartridge Seals is a factory assembled cartridge unit specially design for slurry & viscous media.Double Cartridge Seal is a self contained unit consisting two mechanical seals in a seal chamber in any combination which can utilize a pressurized barrier fluid or a non pressurized buffer fluid.

High Pressure Cartridge Seal

High Pressure Seals specifically designed to handle demanding, high torque applications.High Pressure Mechanical Seal has positive drive arrangement and sturdy construction making the seal suitable for high pressure application.Multiple spring design provides uniform face loading. The seal is supplied as a cartridge unit and can be directly bolted to stuffing box.
