Offset Sidebar Chains

The heavy duty offset sidebar roller chain is designed for drive and traction purposes, and is commonly used on mining equipment, grain processing equipment, as well as equipment sets in steel mills. Leaf Chains

Conveyor Chains For Wood Carry

Its commonly referred to as an 81X conveyor chain due to the straight side-bar design and common usage within conveying applications. Most commonly, this chain is found in the lumber and forestry industry and is available with upgrades such as “chrome pins” or heavier-duty side-bars. Our high-strength chain is manufactured to ANSI specifications and dimensionally interchanges with other brands, meaning sprocket replacement is not necessary.

Cast Chains

Cast chains are manufactured using cast links and heat treated steel pins.  They are designed with slightly larger clearances that allow the material to easily work its way out of the chain joint.  Cast chains are used in a variety of applications such as sewage treatment, water filtration, fertilizer handling, sugar processing and waste wood conveying.  They are readily available with  attachments.

Agricultural Chains

The “S” type steel agricultural chains have a wasted side plate and are often seen on seed drills, harvestering equipment and elevators.  We not only carry it in a standard chain but also in Zinc plated to withstand some of the weather conditions that agricultural machines are left out in.  It has also become common to replace the cast detachable chain with one of the ‘S” series chains.

Steel pintle chain is recommended as conveyor chain for a wide range of applications such as spreaders, feeder systems, hay handling equipment and spray box, and in limited use, as power transmission chain. These chains can be applied in the smudgy environment.
